All our astrological reports are uniquely tailored based on the birth details you provide. Because of this high level of customization, we do not offer refunds once payment is made.
2. Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a service from Ozo Astro, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales are final.
- No cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be issued after the order is confirmed.
- If you have made an error in submitting your birth details, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. We may accommodate corrections only if your report preparation has not yet begun.
3. Customer Satisfaction
If you have any concerns or questions about the report you receive, please feel free to reach out to our support team within 2 days of delivery. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to address any issues or provide clarifications.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Incorrect Information: Please ensure all birth details are accurate before submission. Refunds cannot be provided due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.
- Change of Mind: Since our reports are personalized, we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind after the report has been delivered, however, if any customer wishes to cancel the order they can do so within the first hour of the purchase
